Facebook ha lanciato una nuova versione di Whatsapp dedicata alle piccole imprese.

WhatsApp Business è gratis, è attualmente possibile scaricarlo su Android, ed è rivolto ai businesses interessati a creare, migliorare e mantenere un legame professionale con i loro clienti.

Whatsapp Business permette una comunicazione professionale tra clienti e businesses, i quali possono registrarsi all’applicazione con il loro numero di telefono personale o aziendale.

Il lancio della nuova applicazione è stato già annunciato lo scorso Settembre 2017. Al momento Whatsapp Business è disponibile in diversi paesi, inclusi l’Indonesia, l’Italia e il Regno Unito. Facebook non ha dichiarato se l’applicazione sarà disponibile anche per IOS. Un’altra versione verrà presto creata per imprese più grandi.

Come funziona?
Attraverso la creazione di un profilo Business, le principali informazioni come indirizzo, email e altri dettagli di contatto sono disponibili per i clienti che guardano la tua attività. Gli imprenditori possono rispondere a domande, impostare messaggi automatici così come risposte veloci e messaggi di saluti.

booknbook will exhibit on 7th November at the Web Summit 2017, which will be held in Lisbon from 6th to 9th November 2017. Our stand number will be A358 in the Software Exhibition Area.

This is a great opportunity for us to raise interest in our innovative Restaurant Booking Platform. 

We will exhibit in one of the largest tech conference events in the world. We have been assigned the Alpha category, which is dedicated to companies in their pre-investement stage.

We are proud that our idea and mission have been distinguished among hundreds of startups applying to the event. Only in 2016, the Web Summit team communicated with more than 86.000 startups and only chose the best entrepreneurs. 3.058 startups joined it last year. 60.000 people will attend the Web Summit 2017.

booknbook has just started joining the Accelerator Academy’s programme. Our startup will grow over these three months, by taking part at training and mentoring experiences. We have been selected among tens of startups applying to the programme: 10/12 companies are chosen by the team to take part in the course. The academy only works with high-growth potential early stage tech digital media and mobile businesses in their first year of trading.

“Joining the Accelerator Academy is a big step for booknbook – Giuseppe Cianci, Founder & CEO of booknbook said – We are really happy because the training will allow us to make our mission stronger and to communicate with our investors. We started last Monday and we have been assigned a mentor, who will help us through this learning experience combining theory and practice”.
